Sooo flightaware shows the owner is 53WA LLC and the registered agent of that LLC is Weinstein. The agent of an LLC isn't necessarily the owner.
The tail number 321KM is registered at 16491 Airline Highway in Prairieville according to the FAA Registry That address is Himmel Architectural Door and Hardware LINK. Himmel Air LLC is listed on the FAA page as an owner of 321KM.
