Leaving ND for LSU

I’ll give credit where it’s due. BK is willingly leaving his tenure job at one of THE premier brands in all of college athletics, likely more playoff appearances and certainly lots of wins before retiring, but a place he’d maybe never win it all ...
... to enter the jungle of the SEC West where all of that will be 10x harder. While Riley ran away from it to the PAC12.
Kelly’s got balls and some fire clearly, 60 y/o or not. Gotta respect that attitude.

He's going to be making like three or four times more money also.

as an ND fan.
LSU is just a better job in 2021 and BK is smart enough to realize that.

These days, 60 years old is not what it used to be. Look at Saban.

Says something about our program. Everybody saying "LSU is not as big of a program as they think" just got proved wrong.

LSU is not going to pay him 23 or 32 million per year. ND doesn't release contract information. Like public schools do. Locally up here the news has estimated his salary to be in or around 8m per year here.

Gutsy.
LSU's Brian Kelly is a gladiator.
