Well, because LSU hired that middle aged whites guy, a young gentleman of color, with no head coaching experience, was hired as the head coach of One of the most prestigious football programs in the country. I’d call that a win win situation.

I listened to the show live....He actually called them "old white dudes" and it was super racially stated as well.

LSU is a program that can't go experiment. It is loaded doesn't need rebuilding and needs an experienced and proven coach. That means you would pluck a black head coach from another team.
His goal is to have a set percentage of black HC's. Well LSU would not be adding to that percentage they would just pull the experienced HC from another team.
You get the best qualifed available. If you don't want to roll the dice on an up and coming OC/DC you go and get the most qualified and experienced person.
Besides....LSU did get a HC position to a black guy. They got Freeman his job at ND.

He has gotten way out of hand. Which makes me kind of sad because when I was at LSU I worked at the Hibbets across from Traction; he came in often and was always nice to us.
I’m really curious who he would have been happy with? Mel Tucker got a raise as soon as the slightest rumor came up. Tomlin? ???? That was never happening. Who else out there has BK’s resume?
