I think I’ll have to get someone else to bring my pup when it’s his day. I don’t have it in me.

EVERY vet will tell you the same thing. If you love your pet, don't let him die alone (without his human) or with a stranger. It’s painful but after some time you’ll be relieved that you were there. Trust me on this one.

Yeah frick that. My dogs won’t be spending their last moments on Earth scared and looking for me in a strange place.
