If you made the lasagna yourself you can calculate the total calories of each thing you added to the recipe and then divide by portion size. You don't need to guess anything if you made it yourself.

Sure I could, but I'm not. There are 15-20 ingredients in a from-scratch lasagna, so it'd be tough to do what you're describing.

I always ask my wife how many calories are in her dinners she makes and I just get laughed at.

ETA: I'm not knocking counting calories. I'm an advocate of it. I just recognize that it's not exactly easy, especially if you're trying to be very accurate. If you're ok with occasionally guesstimating, it gets a lot easier to manage.
