So I started this when I was pretty drunk. Do you have to do these license training courses?

For what it’s worth you only have to get bronze, so if you don’t want to legit rage quit don’t worry about going for all golds in the license tests

Striving for gold in the license tests is a definite test of patience but for some odd reason it doesn’t make me want to rage quit.

You can play in on PS4 but definitely recommend the PS5 though. If you buy the 25th anniversary edition, you get a copy for the PS4.

Download the hotstock app. You'll find one with the app.

UI looks like a mobile game. Feels like one with all the microtransactions littered throughout and the incessant handholding.

Visually, the cars look great. The tracks look like they belong on PS3.

The music makes me want to kill myself.

I just think that for pure car porn, the GT series is still king although Forza is right up there.

The actual racing in GT games has been lackluster since last generation and hasn't evolved with the times.

Not on my Sony 4K oled

Agree here. I went to sound and turned car audio preference (something like that) on and turned the music off completely. I use Apple Music if I want to listen to music while I play so I can actually listen to what I want.

The fact the songs change every time you change menus, so you’d get like 5-10 seconds of a song drove me crazy.

But waxing the puny hatchbacks in my modded lambo in the no PP (lololol) limit races makes me feel good inside.

My biggest gripe with the game is the lack of American cars but this has been the case with all of their titles.

I'm interested in hearing about the quality of the force feedback and how the tires feel on track. I ragequit Forza for iRacing just because in Forza it was like you were constantly driving on cold tires and there was never any real grip. That's when it was put into perspective for me how bad Forza and its ilk are.

If GT7 has avoided that I might have to give it a look.

So far my experience has been that each of my cars plow like a dump truck.

Anyone found a way to just turn on the game and do “practice laps” without the rest of the drama? Say that I want to blow off some steam and run The ‘Ring. How?
