yea i know how specializing works. anything more than a 4 year residency is masochistic in the first place. too much debt and insane workload for too little pay for too many years.

but mainly my point was being ID/CC is masochistic, considering the whole infectious disease overrunning critical care units for almost the entire duration of his fellowship.

Felony murder. Intent doesn’t matter—death penalty is appropriate. Don’t be a shite human being and you don’t have to worry about who might die while you perpetrate a crime.
