Do they do residential? Because I thought they were just commercial.

What about DSLD and DR Horton? They build alot and their houses look nice. My wife wanted to look at a few of their builds. I do not trust spec homes.

We went with Level Homes and have not had a single issue, pre-build, during the build, or post build.

Do not even consider either of these companies
You might get lucky and get a good house. They exist. But the odds of you’re house falling apart is high

Horton also has a bad reputation in TX. Our agent wouldn’t even go into their developments.

With DR Horton it’s all about the crew doing it. You can get good, or complete shite. I’m a realtor so I see a lot of them.
One of my kids had one built by them and I went by daily and red tagged anything I didn’t like. They hated me with a passion by the time they were done, but hers was done right.
I’ve seen a bunch though someone didn’t, saw one I could have pulled down one of the brick facades with my hand.
