2024 Bryson Tucker - 5-Star
Tucker is a nearly 6'8" SG out of Mount St. Joseph High School in Baltimore. He is currently ranked #8 by ESPN in the class of 2024. The kid doesn't even turn 16 until July. LSU has offered, but you have to wonder what their recruiting coverage will be like in the mid-atlantic with Nickelberry and Wade gone, as pointed out in an earlier recruiting post.
Check out this crazy in-depth evaluation: Player Evaluation.

2025 4-star SG Joson Sanon is scheduled to visit LSU this weekend per on3. Sanon plays for Vermont Academy in Massachusetts and has offers from Arizona, Indiana, and Kansas among others.

on3’s Jamie Shaw recently had an article on ‘25 4-star PF Chris Cenac from Isadore Newman: LINK
I haven’t personally seen Cenac play but the article suggests he has the skills of a modern big man and will be a major priority for LSU for 2025. It’s also cool to see a LA kid get a write up from one of on3’s nationals guys.
Also, here are a couple other names to watch for in 2025:
- 4-star PG Jaylen Cross
- 4-star PG Jalen Reece
- 4-star SF Jamier Jones
Reece and Jones are high school teammates out of Orlando and here is an interesting quote Reece gave about LSU:

quote:
”It was a cool visit. Just knowing that players like Antonio Blakeney and Ben Simmons went there, those are people I look up to. Knowing that it’s my turn to go and put the jersey on and just having the ability to go over there and play. (Antonio Blakeney) means a lot to me personally. That’s like my big brother. I remember last year he told me to always be the last one out of the gym. He’s given me a lot of tricks and tips and I work out with him in the summer. I love our relationship.”

It looks like on3 recently updated LSU’s offer list for 2025. There were 4 new offers added:
PG Darius Acuff
PG King Grace
PG Nigel James
PF Tylis Jordan
Jordan’s addition was very likely a correction as I’m sure he’s had an offer for awhile. The others may well be new though.

Per on3’s Joe Tipton:
quote:
NEWS: 2025 four-star center Dewayne Brown tells @On3Recruits he’s cut his list to two schools: Tennessee and Mississippi State and will announce his commitment on April 20th.
