I was with some friends this weekend and she does 30+ day rentals in Midtown. She does so through Airbnb. Sounds like they have a 30+ day option for listings. I didn’t dig too much more Into it so hopefully this is good Info. She’s seemingly had a good experience with it.

He wont be able to get a license through New Orleans without claiming homestead exemption.
