I understand that she has been with Beth forever and I respect the loyalty but something has to change. The situational defense of this group is abysmal, not to mention the catchers still look like a deer in the headlights. I understand they aren't all americans but you need to see some accountability and some kind of improvement if not just pure effort. It's just not there so something has to change. Change can be good and be a catalyst, it's time to try it.

I am starting to feel like this Team and coaching staff needs to be treated like a flooded house and stripped all the way down to the studs and rebuilt from the inside out

There is definitely something off with this team idk if it's from the top, the leadership in the locker room or what but you may be right. With graduation and probably a few transfers out, hopefully the new blood coming in will help shake things up.

The team is too big, way too many players that are dead weight that have never and will never get playing time. Need to let those players go so the ones who actually play get more reps with the bat and defense, obviously we need help with defense
