You might have a blown fuse on the unit. Take off the cover where the circuit panel is and see if there is a inline fuse and if it's blown. I blew one changing a thermostat and not killing power first

Okay, I pulled cover off the outside unit and don't see a blown fuse or a reset. Assume you are talking about the attic unit?
