Weed Identification Help - Brand New Lawn

Had my lawn replaced three weeks ago. The landscape company installed 12 pallets of Palisade Zoysia. I noticed some weeds popping up everywhere that I had not seen or noticed in the previous lawn. Any idea what this is? How to treat? Can I even treat it now because it was only laid three weeks ago? One picture is fully grown weeds and the other is the morning after it was cut. This is in the New Orleans area

Dallisgrass. You can dig it, spray it with roundup, or buy total tribute which is expensive.

I’ve always heard to just accept that there’s going to be weeds the first growing season after sodding, after that you can do normal herbicide and pre-emergent treatments.
