The moment I started to get a bad feeling on Saturday

Sometimes there is just a vibe in Tiger Stadium. A vibe that says undoubtedly "This is the moment. There is nothing more important than this moment here and now, and I'm fully immersed in it." You always hope the Tigers feel it and live up to that moment and put on a show for themselves and for the fans. Well... during warmups we were playing Swag Surfin on loop and the bass was crankin hard and I look over at the Tennessee QBs. Hendon Hooker is just in it and I can see it written all over him. You could tell he realized the stage was set for greatness. Bouncing back and forth and just vibing to the moment. I hoped I was wrong, but it felt undeniable when I saw it. Here's to hoping the Tigers catch that same sort of moment during warmups at The Swamp. This would be a great win for the program and "the process."

I knew we were fricked once Campbell was in the hospital. I dunno what its is but over the years when something weird like that happens right before the game its usually equals a loss.

mine was when Bech biffed the opening kickoff - i dunno it was one of those moments that seemed like it might indicate a bad day at the office.

One would think 4 and 5 stars who supposedly dreamed of playing big time college football wouldn’t need to be explained that, especially the ones from Louisiana who dreamed of playing for LSU one day against other big time SEC football teams. One would think that they would realize this bigness of the moment.

Mine was the Jenkins TD drop before half. That would have brought us to within 6 before half. We had two or three chances to right the ship in the first half and did not. Instead that was when UT took the opportunity to put 10 more pts on the board before we got the ball back... They broke us right there.
Defer the damn KO!!!
If Jenkins had caught that ball and scored TS would have been deafening and UT might have lost some of that swag. We just never got anything to get going on from a crowd perspective. The first TD when the crowd did the T I G E R S cheer you could see the UT folks were OHHH frickkk

I’ve seen the ULM football team vibing to the music and getting pumped up before playing, and then getting the absolute shite beat out of them.

Funny but nah it was different man. This isn't to build up Hooker, just more to compliment the atmosphere we created leading up to kickoff. That place was ready for a show, just didn't work out in our favor.

To me it just felt so weird going into kickoff. I kinda had a feeling we were gonna get our teeth kicked in. I kept telling my buddies that we’re gonna get beat by double digits. Didn’t think it’d be by 27 points, I thought they’d just pull away in the 4th, but still. I think it had something to do with the 11am kickoff. The energy just wasn’t there especially around campus. Been to so many games where you can just feel the energy in the air, and you just know it’s going to be a damn good football game.
