Just because he has a big personality and plays it up for the camera doesn’t mean he can’t be methodical and detailed oriented.
Honestly a low pressure power 5 job is a pretty good move, it’s not like the PAC-12 is stacked.
I could see Prime having them bowl eligible next year with good hires and the transfer portal.
Only question I have regarding him (and with all CEO type coaches) is how long can they sustain success. Because you have to be reliant on your assistants to be good a great deal.

His coaching staff and support and strength and conditioning staffs is his most important hires...he will get recruits

You are out of your mind. Deion has been rich and around rich whites more than he was ever poor. Deion didn't go to an HBCU. Deion went to Florida State. Deion's children all grew up privileged and around upper class whites. To think Deion doesn't know how to navigate a "real administration and obstacles" really shows how dumb you are.

It won't be Sanders that screws this up. It'll be the admins at Colorado that have been screwing up the program for the last 25 years.

Deion going to do great at Colorado… 4-5 wins next year is a major improvement… Prime will hire great coordinators and sit back and manage the team like most other successful college coaches…

Well additionally, who is a part of "real administration" now? A lot of them are guys that watched CFB 30-35 years ago and have money now. Who wasn't a fan of Deion back then?
I think Deion will have *some* built-in booster support no matter where he goes, so he just has to build the program up right and those guys will be happy to support him.

I simply don’t understand logic behind calling Prime an idiot just because he is bombastic on camera and hasn’t proven it at a larger venue.
Maybe he is an idiot but nothing he has done coaching wise proves that out unless something is going on at JSU I am unaware of.

“Idiot” is a fairly generic term and doesn’t necessarily refer to intelligence in common usage. Anything from acting foolish or boisterous to using incorrect grammar to holding different opinions could get someone called an idiot.

Nah. I just choose to give credit where credit is due for what he’s done at JSU.
I don’t give a shite about an Academy in Dallas. If it were as bad as y’all make it out to be, he would have never been able to coach again.
You don’t succeed without failing. Period. It is what it is. It’s over and he’s done a damn good job with very little at Jackson St and I’m interested to see if he can do the same at Colorado and get them out of the gutter.
