Good call.
Like with Bloom, you always have to look at ownership on the big deals.
As some of y'all seem to know, the staff surrounding the GM plays a vital role in who comes back on deals.
Still your fault when a deal isn't fruitful - you hired and believed in the Staff making the recommendations.
