Ive been reading about people getting there and lined up as early as 6:45

I haven't seen the lift lines that bad. It's really just the road to get up there. Christmas week was insane though.

Thanks for the information Yeti Chaser! We have a trip scheduled for 1/18 at Brighton. Have the traffic issues been bad during the weekdays as well?

6:45 would be insane. That would be nearing Denver traffic/wake up time.

Weekdays are definitely better than weekends heading up the BCC

Fridays have been bad. Haven't been up on Mon-Thurs yet so I can't comment on those

We made a trip to Woodward Park City today for the tubing. The tubing and inside skate park are fairly packed, but lift line for skiing/snowboarding has no wait. It’s MLK holiday today for a reference.

I’d recommend this place for beginner skiers/snowboarders if in Salt Lake City or Park City. It’s in the middle of SLC/PC with only an 20 minute drive to either.

Link to the website.

I always thought those runs were jumps, halfpipes and the like. Do they have groomers?

You are correct, there are no runs without features. The guy recommending this place for beginners is a kook.

Here is a link to the Woodward map.

The mountain is well groomed. The trail map on the website does not do a good job of showing the trails, but it’s set up well for beginners.
