No hypocrisy. He said keep your personal crap out of the workplace and leave work at work. Have a life. Enjoy the family.

BUT as a boss, if there is crap going on in your life, come to him if you need to. that's the relationship part.

Coach Prime is going to be such an epic failure it’s going to be hilarious watching him run that program even further into the ground than they already are. He’s not in the SWAC anymore. That shite isn’t going to work.

Deion is basically cosplaying as what he thinks top coaches do.

The most obvious example was this summer when reporters called him Deion and he demanded to be called Coach or Coach Prime. And that no one would ever dare call Nick Saban as simply “Nick”.

And then people immediately pulled up videos of every sports writer in Alabama calling Saban “Nick” in press conferences and Saban responding in a completely natural manner.

I also guarantee that Saban, Coach K, Poppovich, etc don’t start staff meetings with prayers. I can certainly see Dabo and Freeze doing that though.

Also the idea that coaches give pep talks to low level support staff like janitors, equipment managers, etc and that the top teams have more dedicated low level support staff than the worst teams is something that maybe 12 year olds and extremely naive adults believe.

Oh if they do complain about the prayer, I hope he throws the race card at them.

Deion was a great cover guy. Best ever probably. BUT HE DID NOT LIKE TO HIT!!!

He was no Tatum or Lott. Hell, Irvin used to beat the hell out of him in college when Deion covered him.

Thought Deion went on a rant when he first got to Colorado telling his players that there will be no wearing of hats when they walk into that meeting room?

but it will get them relevant really quickly and Deion can probably parlay that into a bigger SEC/ACC job in the South.

Or he may stockpile a lot of talent but lose often because he’s not that great of a coach. It was easy to win at JS with the recruits he was getting. Guess we’ll see though.

You got evidence of Deion missing a tackle or shying away from one???

Deion himself coined the phrase "business decisions" when talking about tackling. Even if you think fans scrutinize Deion too much, this isn't your hill to die on. He wasn't shy about not liking tackling .

You’d have to be mentally challenged to go hungry as a scholarship athlete at a P5 school. It’s crazy how much I hear people worrying about this like it’s a real concern.
