Roast Chicken thighs

7-8 Bone in thighs with skin on


Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Fresh Garlic (2 cloves)
Fresh Thyme
Butter

Preheat oven to 425
coat thighs with Olive Oil Season thighs with salt, pepper and Thyme

In a cast iron skillet put thighs skin side down for a 3 minutes and flip. Add 4 tablespoons butter and 2 cloves crushed garlic.


put in oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes cut oven off and leave in oven for addition 20-25 minutes. Skin will be sure crispy and butter will bond to bottom of the thighs.
