We do a lot of rice bowls as well.
Usually baked chicken thighs, pork tenderloin, steak or salmon.
Rice mixed with a bit of rice wine vinegar and toasted sesame seeds. Then sautéed shredded cabbage and steamed broccoli in the bowl. Place protein on top with a homemade Asian sauce or Trader Joe’s soyaki.
Easy and delicious
