If this were the case wouldn't it be more likely that Miller would have immediately driven off after dropping off the gun? Not hanging around long enough for his car to get shot at?

The street looks hard to immediately drive away on. Miller said he didn’t know about the shooting, and that’s with his car being shot. Idk what the hell actually happened.
A lot will be answered. The DA doesn’t seem to think Miller should even be charged with anything.
