I find it weird that nowhere does it seem to state where Miller actually was during the shooting. Did he just drive up, leave his car and run off? How would he not know about the shooting if there are supposedly bullet holes in his car?

I'm not claiming he's lying or anything but just seems like there are details missing that makes things not add up. That lack of clarity makes its easier for the media to get out into the open field with sensational accusations.

If I were the university (or Oats) and Miller is clearly innocent of any wrongdoing I'd want all of the information out in the open for everyone to see. The fact that it isn't seems odd to me.
