I work on all of these on a daily basis. The newest models all have issues, so you have to decide what your priorities are.
Th Rams have lifter/camshaft issues, particularly the 3.6(but also the 5.7)
The GM trucks also have lifter/cam issues unless you do an AFM delete.
The Ford 5.0 has timing issues, and the ecoboosts have a plethora of other issues.
The Tundras are unproven with the turbo 6cyl.
Test drive them all, pick the one you most enjoy driving, and be prepared for repair bills if you plan on driving it more than what the powertrain warranty covers.
