I work on all of these on a daily basis. The newest models all have issues, so you have to decide what your priorities are.
Th Rams have lifter/camshaft issues, particularly the 3.6(but also the 5.7)
The GM trucks also have lifter/cam issues unless you do an AFM delete.
The Ford 5.0 has timing issues, and the ecoboosts have a plethora of other issues.
The Tundras are unproven with the turbo 6cyl.
Test drive them all, pick the one you most enjoy driving, and be prepared for repair bills if you plan on driving it more than what the powertrain warranty covers.

Same here. My '06 Tundra has 174K miles on it. Been a great truck.

I’ve owned all major brands of truck in the past. Currently driving my first Ford. 2015 f150 3.5 Ecoboost. I’ve put 174k miles on the odometer. The only things I’ve replaced in it are the oil and filters, the battery once, and one set of Michelins which are coming due to replace again soon.
It hasn’t given me any trouble and I’m well past due for other maintenance work on it like injector cleaning, transmission flush and fill, belt changes. It’s been a great truck.
I’m not loyal to any brand though. I like whatever I like when I go to purchase. When this one hits 300k I’ll sell it and whatever brand is good at that time will get my money.

Tundra on my fourth one and have never put a wrench on any of them except for oil changes and brake shoes.
I have one with the six now and have had it a year. No problems—-more hp than the old 5.7 and has the same towing capacity—-it has a ten ten speed transmission. I get 19.1 mpg day in and day out.

Take it for what it's worth (maybe I got a lemon) but I've had nothing but issues with my 2021 Ram 1500 Laramie Ecodiesel 4x2. Bought it the week of Thanksgiving 2021 and it currently has 45k miles.
1. Ventilated seats didn't work from the get go. After multiple (8) visits to the dealership, multiple parts changed/replaced, and almost a year later, they were finally able to figure out the problem and fix it (faulty wiring under the center console).
2. 4 months into ownership the intake had to be replaced.
3. A year into ownership the glow plug and connector had to be replaced (with a $100 deductible). Oh and the rubber seal around the rear driver's side window started to come loose. Would've been over $200 to fix but the dealership ate that cost after all the other issues I had been having.
4. I've had 2 recalls so far. One for the tailgate that could randomly come unlatched and slam open (which, after inspection at the dealership, mine was good to go) and another for the high pressure fuel pump that could fail prematurely causing an "unexpected loss of motive power". Still waiting on parts for that to be resolved.
5. I started to notice a musty smell in my truck around 3 weeks ago. Realized my driver's side floor mat and the carpet underneath were soaking wet (it hadn't rained in a few days). Brought it to the dealership only to be told that there is a leak coming from the rear mounted antenna and from the body welds under the front fenders and that I will need new carpet for the driver side along with repairs to fix the leaks. Quote was $1,912.80 with tax and everything. After asking if this was covered under warranty, the service department associate along with her manager were able to get these costs covered under warranty.
Let's just say I haven't been too pleased with this truck which is sad because it's the first new vehicle I've owned since my 2004 Chevy Silverado. I don't know if this is expected from Ram being this is my first experience with one or if, due to buying it during the new vehicle shortage during Covid, Ram was just throwing trucks together to get them on the lots and said screw quality control.

My Rams have been more reliable than all my friends and family's GM's, Ford's, and Toyotas.

I've owned 2 Sierras and have loved them.
The Tundra's new body style is hideous and mileage still sucks.

Okay…
Don’t have the older model, not sure where you were going with this.
Every brand has issues, those I know with Tundras seem to have the least.
