This team's makeup is mediocre (of only moderate quality; not very good)

Stop!! Punching down and blaming Coach Green. This is a failure at the top. The lack of aggression in free agency landed us here, in contrast to the Lakers. I said it 10,0000,000 times this is a farm team. No hope of anything but the development of players to feed the Lakers, Heats, Boston, etc... championships.
The Pelicans are in the 12th place, arguably they could be in the 10th. However, this team is exactly where it should be.
I can not name a team in the top 10 that the pelicans are better than without Zion.
