What's the name of the Korean fried chicken restaurant in Dallas you speak of?

TIA

This is true. Green taco truck in Houston mexican burgers are very solid. I get one every time I unfortunately have to be in that area.

Tough call as a whole, but I will say the all time best fried chicken Wings I have ever had came from the sketchy looking chinese buffet on Nicholson near downtown. A buddy got some from there one night and holy shite were they amazing.

I've never fried an Asian.

If you fried a non-Asian, would they leave you disoriented?

When it comes to Fried Chicken, I tend to like cleansing the palate with different styles periodically.

I love a good old fashioned Southern Fried Chicken; there may be no finer food in the world, but sometimes you forget about the delicacy and nuance of its fantastic flavor. You reset the tastebuds with any of a variety of other fried chicken, though-- I'm partial to Mexican, Pakistani, or Korean-- three very different spice and flavor profiles, but they reset my ability to fully enjoy Southern Fried Chicken and appreciate it for the culinary achievement it is.

I don’t know the definitive answer to this question, but I can tell you that the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life was at an Asian fusion restaurant in Portland, Maine.

Go figure.

It'd be nice to post some pictures instead of arguing with words.

Mexicans make a mean, mean Cornish game hen. It’s called Codorniz Frita.

ETA: Best wings I’ve ever had were at a Vietnamese place that also boils crawfish.

I don't know about Asians and fried chicken (other than my Asian student worker brings in Chik-fil-A every day), but Salvadorans are apparently wizards with yard-birds. La Salvadorena's chicken is almost crack-like in its addictive tastiness.

Unless Southern Classic

Had a jumbo combo the other day. Some of the better fried chicken I’ve had in La has been from Asian or Vietnamese owned. They generally have a huge menu too. It’s all good.
