Intentionally walking Crews would have made sense if the runners were already at 2nd and 3rd. They weren't.
It was a move that was made out of FEAR... not respect, and not strategy.
Kentucky's coach and players are afraid to compete head to head. That's why they are constantly trying to play little tricks and play lawyer-ball. It's not an uncommon phenomenon.
