I went on the same diet. Intermittent fasting. Works great. If I eat bad I just won't eat for a few days to make up for it. Just drink water and a protein shake a day.
I was 250 in Feburary I'm 205 now.

I am in the process of the same thing right now. Already down 10 pounds in 7 days and feel great.
