Yeah I love the atmosphere and bar area but it was always empty when we went.

This is a joke, right? The people who run Phil's Oyster Bar are jerks--and their food is marginal at best. We tried to make it a regular place to go but found the owners to be unpleasant and rude and the food to be subpar. There are too many great restaurants in Baton Rouge for anyone to waste their time with a Piazza restaurant.
