At the house?

8-10" over the three days.

And yeah I70 was crushed by this. We got, 28" I think, at Copper. Those commutes were pretty damn intense.

That's not too bad. I saw Vail had its largest SWE @4.7" since they setup the Snotel there. And yes I-70 was a complete cluster for days and Berthoud is still closed last time I checked. BC is going to be dangerous for awhile with these avy conditions.

I dont have to hit 70, thankfully but that was the craziest three days stretch of driving I can remember. Fremont Pass was carnage Sunday and Monday.

Colorado peeps, I’ll be there tonight for the weekend. Looks to be calm after a wild week.

Plan is for Copper Friday, WP Saturday, and Eldora Sunday. If anyone wants to do some laps with a shithead snowboarder.

WP Saturday

Berthoud is still janky, with more snow and wind it could shut down again. Plan accordingly.

I'll be getting my first turns of the season at Monarch this weekend.

Thanks for the tip. Looks like it's the eastbound lane around Empire from an avalanche. Fingers crossed.

"Total" jumped about 60 inches over the last week. Wasn't up at the house, but I think it snowed every day.

More snow in the forecast all the way through the weekend.

Yup. Telly has been at 46.5" since Christmas. And it is now at 103" with more in the future.

One more work day!

We went from about 90" to about 150"+ with a bunch more on the way.

I bet Telluride is BONEY with only 46.5". Even at 103".

Seems to be my luck.
Sketchy snowfall where I plan to go.

No worries. I'm gonna make the best of it.

103" at Telluride will leave plenty open. Maybe not some of the expert terrain, but there will be plenty to ski. And...it's Telluride. There isn't a better mountain town in the U.S. Enjoy your trip, carve 'em good, and enjoy the Après scene/food.

Haha. I've checked the terrain map multiple times daily for weeks.
Mostly everything is open. 121/145.
With it being the hike-to terrain that is closed. (I wasn't doing that anyway.)

I'm pretty pumped to see what the gladed runs are like.
Lift 5, 6, & 9 look awesome.

Probably get my legs under me on lift 4 and 12. Save back bowl and terrain park for the end.

Heading up the hill at Panorama BC soon. Riding here today and tomorrow.

Hope to see y’all.
All khaki; green highlighter.

Add:
Season 25, Day 1:

Panorama BC
Killer place. Namesake holds up. Dry snow. Heavy vert. Good times.

Blew out the brand new jacket on the forearm.
Lame product so far. Will give it one more chance as Backcountry.com has already agreed to send out a replacement.
