re: What’s the consensus on ppp loans

Because governments forced the shutdown of businesses with threats of arrest, taking away their ability to pay their employees and keep the businesses running. We had no choice. Adults made the choice to take out loans to get a degree that would not provide the level of income to pay back the loans.
Why is this so hard to understand?
