I saw that posted about Tyler Shelvin who went to Notre Dame in Crowley too… I wouldn’t doubt that it happens

UHigh is crushing Woodlawn tonight. It 26-0 in second quarter. UHigh has some transfer QB from out of state. I wish high school football just just play with their own kids.

Sounds like Evangel is slowly getting back to a good program

Bogalusa at Franklinton

Assuming the Culture doesn’t come this way and cause the game to get canceled, Franklinton wins. Bogalusa had a hell of a team last year, but said culture messed it up for them.

Now they’re in overtime

Wondering why some of these teams are playing Thursday night… it’s one thing if the stadiums are shared like in NOLA, but I’d assume everyone else outside of a select few has their own. Maybe it’s lack of officials

EDIT- Neville wins in overtime stopping an Evangel 2 point conversion

#17 Southside 27 - Notre Dame 18.

Notre Dame doesn't have a FG or KO kicker. Will cost them a couple games the rest of the season.

Southside maybe threw 3 passes all game.

They were good last year and lost to Catholic 7-6 in a jamboree last week, for whatever that’s worth

Maybe it’s because this Friday is the start of a holiday weekend.

The evangel qb and primary wr are twin brothers, and Josh Booty's sons. The receiver is likely the best receiver in the state. He is the reason Evangel got back in that game. He is a beast. Evangel has a good team and will make noise this year.

You've been wishing that for a long long time then.

and teams wanting 6 or 7 person crews. pre split some teams schedule week 10 to be thursday to get an extra day to scout and rest. Now it's the shortage of officials and in BR area saturday is a no go except in extreme cases. and a few stadiums around the state are out of service right now. last night may have been the most thursday games i can recall. I think every team is doing at least one this year.

Private's recruiting is not fair!!!

Heard a couple different things about that situation recently. All of them sound odd. I guess we will see what’s what if he’s suited up to play tonight and plays in the game.

I’ll be in Clinton tonight to watch WF v EF.

On paper, I’m thinking EA or Dutchtown. I believe Denham lost a lot of their starters from last years team. I’m sure Beard will have DS playing good at the end of the season though. I can’t see anyone else besides those 3 winning this district.
