Apparently thinks he's in the locker room 247 and listening in on all of the conversations and interactions among the staff and players. We just came off destroying Grambling. What on Earth could possibly spark this type of rumor besides just having nothing better else to talk about in the sports world?

He hinted at it before the FSU game and discussed it after the FSU game. He talks about how people around the staff harp on the fight this off season and said it was very odd how press wouldn’t let it go, almost indicating they were covering for more stuff by trying to categorize it as a positive.

Yeah but you're already seeing it on the field at LSU too. We looked noticeably less talented to Georgia, FSU, etc.

Georgia is paying their players look where they're at. You can pay the players but still instill the right culture in the locker room. TAMU's problem is Jimbo Fisher. He's bad for every locker room's culture. Same thing happened at FSU.

FSU killed LSU in the second half. Their physicality was extremely impressive. In tight games with lesser talented teams it always gets blown away in the second half when the clearly more talented team takes over physically and that's exactly what FSU did to us.

At some positions yes at others I don’t agree

It’s a full rebuild it’s not going to be back that quickly

He was 8-5 years 1 and 2 at Notre Dame and broke through year 3. Last 5 years there was 54-9.

Let’s give him a chance to apply his system

Wow, talk about introducing old news? WOW
Would he say the same after BK won the SECW in his first year.
I am not a huge BK fan because I think he has brought in, like Miles, a bunch of his buddies to a big payday, that quite frankly, none have earned.
For BK to have big success at LSU, he is going to have to make a lot of personnel changes to bring LSU football into today's style of play....LSU is too antiquated on both offense and defense. It is only the talents of the offensive guys presently that make LSU somewhat competitive. The system is really making it hard on the players imo. We could be so much better on both sides of the ball.

If you want to criticize House that’s fine but I don’t understand the idea that our offensive scheme is a problem.

Yeah culture fit is lazy, stupid, and wrong

If anything he’s too good a fit as he’s a bit of a politician and the LSU football coach is probably one of the most political jobs in college football.

It’s hard to put in a culture of discipline today in cfb. They were talking about that on sec this morning yesterday. Thanks to the portal, a kid doesn’t like you getting on his arse for not doing what he’s supposed to, he can just up and leave now.

CFB is dying fellas.

I hear this a lot but I think it’s a tad overblown. Most great players still want to be coached up & part of a stable locker room. They’d rather focus on getting better, not worry about their stuff getting stolen, constant fights, drugs, etc

There’s a common narrative that the better the player, the more thuggish the behavior. I would argue in most cases it’s the opposite.

Maybe that’s what’s wrong with the younger generation.
Since I know you can’t be serious, I’ll just say this. CBK reminds me very much of Coach Saban in his approach to the “locker room”. Saban was and is never anybody’s buddy and discipline is a given. Think about it.

I’m don’t really look to BK to be a huge “pre-game” type motivator. But I hope that he encourages the assistant coaches that are closer to the players on a personal level, to help with that.

But the main thing I think the team needs is leadership to emerge within the locker room. Especially among the DB room. But as the players gain confidence through game-time reps, I fully suspect those leaders to emerge. Which in turn will show that the culture is fine, it just takes time for cultural changes to take root.

LOL. This board is psychotic. Y'all sound ready to fire BK into the sun and pay him nearly $70 million to go away because we haven't looked good 2 games into a season after he just took us to Atlanta. Not happening anytime soon. We are not A&M. His contract is 80% guaranteed and it last for 10 years at 9.5 million per year. He's safe for at least 5-6 more years no matter what he does. Keep melting all you want LOL.
