Unbelievable, guy makes a post about how good of a season Daniels is on pace to have, and you turn it into a Daniels vs Nussmeier thread. LSU fans truly are miserable

I think we all know he’s capable of doing what he did yesterday. The question is can he do it consistently in terms of his deep ball and quick decision making? He was great at both yesterday.

Why do so many people compare JD to JB. Totally 2 different QB’s. Let Jayden just do Jayden and enjoy it. You never know. Once he gets to next level he might end up being better that JB. Stop comparing just root for him while his time is here.

No they won’t. They may be quiet for a bit but we all know they are praying for a bad game from JD so they can attempt to validate their false narrative.

Well if he puts up those numbers and we still go 8-4, you probably need to blame someone else besides the QB.
With those numbers going 8-4 will be the fault of the defense not stopping anyone.

It happened yesterday on one of the long passes to Nabers. Daniels was 20/21 (the 1 incompletion being a throwaway) for like 205 yards and 2 TDs over 4 drives up to that point. Then he throws a 48 yard pass to Nabers, that went probably 55+ in the air, with a safety over the top, and Nabers has to slow down a little to catch it.
Immediately it’s “another ball that would be a touchdown if JD didn’t underthrow it!” Someone posted “noodle arm” in the game thread. SMD came out of hibernation and said “Wide open underthrow. Heisman.”
It’s unreal. He had an absolutely phenomenal game and it’s obviously ridiculous to expect that type of performance consistently from Daniels moving forward, but you still have people saying “if he can continue to play like that, then he’s good.” That’s basically saying “if he puts up Burrow 2019 numbers, I’ll be satisfied with QB play.”
The next time he goes something like 20/30 with 240 yards & 2 TDs the same people will be saying “I TOLD YOU HE WASN’T CONSISTENT.” “ARE WE GIVING HIN THE HEISMAN YET?”

There were just as bad throws as drops. Taylor broke ankle trying to adjust to JD's throw

He needs to be more consistent. Yes he played well but needs to keep playing at this level.

Which is basically saying, "If JD doesn't match the best LSU QB season ever, I won't be happy".
