I found 2, 2023 options sub-2500 miles that are Premium package. $25k and $28k. It's a 500-mile search from my zip, one in Plano and one in Houston.

I imagine $38k is being VERY generous for that car. Cars.com (where both are listed) has this tidbit: Avg. market price $28,226

Bought a car with extended warranty. Sold car 12 Mos later. Got about 90% of the money back when I canceled.

If that is all they depreciated it, you should feel lucky.
You are going to get screwed on the property damage. Make up for it on the injury claim.
