10tm start 13 2QB PPR format, I’m a top-3 contender this year (and beyond) with the other two top teams being pretty stacked as well.

Give: Puka, Rachaad White, late 24 2nd
Get: Christian Watson, Ekeler

Rest of relevant roster:
Javonte Williams, Saquan Barkley, JK, Kendre, Hunt, Gus Edwards, J Ford, Samaje Perine, Rico Dowdle / Chase, Ceedee, ARSB, Olave, Nico Collins, Bourne, Metchie, QJ, Marvin Mims

Thoughts?

My initial trade offer was sending Nico Collins + an extra pick on top but he countered for Puka

Yeah I would take that. Ekeler short term value and You have long term value with watson.

That is not the roster of a top 3 contending team in a 10 team dynasty league unless you’re rostering a top 3 TE and some studs at QB (Allen, Mahomes, Hurts, Lawrence, Kirk, Burrow, etc)

My advice? Do not trade for a RB in week 4 if you don’t have to. Puka’s value can go down, but he probably needs 2 consecutive bad weeks for it to happen. teams will be selling later in the season to position themselves for a top 3 pick.

Meanwhile I just sold Tank Dell for Brian Robinson straight up, so I don’t even follow my own advice

Hell no. You can pry Puka from my cold dead hands in dynasty right now.

I personally think that Christian Watson is a better dynasty asset than Puka. Puka is just a target monster right now and Kupp will come back eventually and steal alot of that away. Stafford is also getting up there in age. Watson is just an absolute freak who has all the physical tools to be a top wr and popped off at the end of last year. He also has a young qb that has looked good early in the season. Rachaad white is nothing special and I believe he eventually becomes a committee back. Ekeler helps you win now for the next 2 or so years. I would take that trade whether I was contending this year or not.
