Good. Anything is better than what they have been doing from a coaching and personnel standpoint. I get that Lindsey has medical issues and can’t coach right now but whoever filled in during the interim ain’t getting it done. Pete knows his shite even if he his 80+.

If O comes back as a D-Line coach and recruiting coordinator until we get out of this hole, I will take back every bad thing I have ever said about him

Pete Jenkins is a good move in this situation...this isn't the Flex Seal solution, but more like first aid of a sucking chest wound. It's a move to stop the bleeding!

Can we please get someone that isn't 100?

Nothing gets a bunch of 19-22 year old kids jacked up like an 82 year old D line coach lol

Inject some life into this team.

They are bringing him in as a consultant. He still works with teams regulary, its not like they hired him as full-time DL coach.

Maybe we can get a consultant for the defensive backfield/corners and one for the linebackers, and one for the safeties or maybe a new DC who knows how to use a guy like Perkins. I know maybe they can bring in Dan Quinn to show them how he is using the current NFL version of Harold Perkins, Micah Parsons. It's really weird. Dan Quinn saw how Micah Parsons was raking havoc on offenses and didn't change how he used him. What an idea.

The Tigers need to do something and something ASAP! This poor defense is horrible.

Jenkins still knows how to coach. Let him teach and motivate. Maybe he can get M Smith up to speed. I think he is in the wrong position playing nose. Jefferson has looked way better. Move Smith to strongside end.

People need to quit saying this bullshite. Parsons has 30-40 pounds on Perkins and I don’t believe Perkins is 220 either. He’s 210 probably

This step should’ve been in place when Jimmy Lindsey went to the hospital. Not five fricking games later.

And frick BK for not making a move for the DL.

This past off-season, Bama, UGA, Auburn, LSU, USC and Oregon all brought Pete in to consult with them. For those who don't know or who may think he's too old, that's what the HCs at those programs think of him.

Had lunch with the Catholic High Mafia today.
Quorum present.
They say Amos Alonzo Stagg’s agent is interested and listening to LSU offers.
Very interesting and it helps make the Pete Jenkins stories make more sense.
They asked me to pick up the tab for lunch…l
