If Hilton makes that catch at the end of the game the whole attitude of the fan base would be different.
I have noticed that the loudest complainers of our fans rarely go to games or donate to TAF or Bayou Traditions.

That simply means the team isn’t very good. One play here or there doesn’t mean anything when you take the total of where the program is.

Stepping in the water a little early. Lot of Football to be played and the offense looked good against 2 Mississippi schools. Lets see how Bama and Florida game go. Plus when your defense is this bad the offense has the green light to go all out no matter the result.
Like what I see from the offense, improved running game, deep ball, but would like to see improvement in our short game be it redzone or 4th down.

Really? Epically fail on the defensive side of the ball at level never seen before, not to mention some massive struggles the game before, and you think everyone will be ok with the performance so far?
The fact that Kelly keeps saying the offense was the issue makes him look extremely tone deaf, if not crazy.
There’s a lot wrong with the program and squeaking out a win last week wouldn’t be the cure all.

He should get a credit for one of the all-time, best offenses, and he should get credit for one of the all-time worst defenses.

I’m not wanting to fire BK, but he has to let these kids play.
Unfortunately, we will never know what talent we have at CB. We have CB’s that have played bump and run, 7 vs 7 for the last 10 years of their life and the coaches want them to play drop coverage zone. They are now passive and lack confidence. I agree that you have to play zone some, but even when we are in man coverage they are in a passive position 15 yds off the WR.
Square peg/ round hole.

Lets not act like they aren't ever playing man. These kids aren't just getting destroyed in zone concepts, they're playing more zone because they aren't any good at man and when they do play man they're getting destroyed just as bad.
I also think there's a concerted effort to have this zone thing much improved by the second weekend in November against when they play Milroe.

I get your point but to clarify:
Simon, Reid, Tyrann, and Ronnie Vinson were in the '10 class.
I think Mo and Loston were '09.
