Oh 100%, and the Ushers were particularly "empty" people despite having everything, so they filled it with drugs and sex.

Loved the series, but one thing I didn’t get is when Roderick and Madeleine make the deal with Verna, Roderick was already going to be CEO. So why make the deal at that point? It would have made more sense if Verna had killed Griswold for them.
