If you look at the graph of test scores over the years, you’ll note that it hasn’t been a gradual decline.

It is on a serious negative trajectory.



Reading, science, and English remained relatively stable, with Math showing improvement over the last few decades.

Now, they are all tanking.

These results would indicate an increase in the number of kids who speak English as a second language.

Would like to see the comparison between private and public education students ACT results.

I doubt it would wake up the black population as to how they’ve been taken advantage by Ds since the Great Society, but it might enlighten a few.
