Unfortunately, if it was my program I’d probably feel the same way as you. Denial is real and it’s tough.

But from an outsider as I have no connection or rivalry/animosity to Michigan, it’s pretty egregious.

I think he’s kidding brother. I would maybe put Baylor ahead of some NE Patriot stuff.

If it’s so egregious what exactly infraction level does this fall under for the ncaa? I mean to be egregious it has to be a level 1 right? Or do you just like rhetoric?

What a Michigan thing to do. The next coach there will have them in the cellar before you know it.

People seem to forget what happened to him his last stint in the NFL.

Dude has to be fired. This is the most egregious form of cheating CFB has seen in decades.

This is the worst form of “cheating” imaginable. How can anyone defend spending university money and resources to STEAL an opponent’s playobook?

Happy for Michigan, they can go back to being irrelevant again once he leaves.

They were irrelevant when he was there until they started cheating.

3 thoughts on the matter:

1. every school should scout the their future opponents and find as much out as possible about them.

2. every school should change their signals so that doing number 1 is not going to help anything.

3. every opponent has tried since the dawn of time to gain every advantage they can in any way they can. I don't see the level of outrage some are seeing here other than it is frowned upon.

By "frowned upon", you mean more than a few violations of actual rules occurred, right?

Sure. But this was put in place because not every school has the backing of the big boys. Its meant to level the playing field.

Not everybody has created a network of spies to video tape opposing teams sidelines to obtain signals and then distribute them to other schools of their choice to make their path to the playoffs easier. So, no, not everyone does THIS.

Also it isnt frowned upon its just straight up against the rules.

And none of this is even biased its just repeating exactly whats being reported.

I know you don't care about the facts, since it's the Wolverines and you've been fed a certain narrative that you've accepted w/o ANY fact verification, but UM also canceled the game against Maryland the week before the OSU game due to UM following covid protocols. here's a link which you probably won't watch, that verifies that UM had very few players available to practice during the UMD/OSU/Iowa games, and had to cancel
