Why are they not suspending the team from play? They were in on it. Suspending the coach is just superficial. While they are at it they should go back and appropriately punish penn state for their academic and athletic admins knowingly covering up child rape.

Latest on Jim Harbaugh's request for a temporary restraining order, which he needs to coach at Penn State today. Harbaugh attorney Tom Mars tells ESPN that a ruling "should be soon." So the possibility remains if the TRO is granted that Harbaugh could still coach today.

NEWS: There will not be a ruling in Jim Harbaugh's request for a TRO today, @PeteThamel reports.

Michigan will be without its head coach at Penn State.

I’m team harbaugh on this one.

Your neighbor isn’t a peeping tom if you stand in your window butt naked with the lights on.

If you want privacy - huddle.

If you want to dictate every play from the sidelines by holding up giant signs for the all world to see game after game - you don’t get any privacy. You haven’t adequately protected your trade secrets, Amigo.

ESPN analysts are feeling bad for the players and supposedly this will make them come together to win for Harbaugh. THEY CHEATED! Now they are the victims of their own doing. shite crazy how you can spin a story.

Statement from Michigan AD Warde Manuel. “I find that completely unethical, insulting to a well-established process within the NCAA, and an assault on the rights of everyone (especially in the Big Ten) to be judged by a fair and complete investigation.”

The order allegedly wouldn't go into effect until tomorrow (if officially granted after midnight tonight).

That’s not how TROs work. They go into affect immediately. The judge typically writes the time he signed it on the order.
