The other option, which would never happen, is if people simply stopped watching. If every fanbase not named Georgia or Alabama just decided that they are tired of the fix, I suspect things would change. But again, won’t happen.

I'm diehard, but even I'm considering checking out.
It would take too much cooperation amongst too many people. But boycotts have worked before.
Another thought is we really don't know how deep the rabit hole goes with influence from TV networks, Vegas, and the SEC itself which has financial incentive to get a team to the playoff every year. (SEC partnering up with Pfizer and BioNtech, WTF is that?)
Vegas is run by the Mob essentially, and god only knows what lengths Disney+ESPN will go to silence something. You'd need someone to lay their neck out on the line over a football game, which probably isnt something many people are willing to do.

At this point I wouldn't be surprised if LSU jumped to another conference. Big12 would probably pay big bucks to seduce a top-tier SEC team away. If the SEC is going to play dirty favorites why NOT go somewhere else?
I don't think it would happen, but I wouldn't be surprised if the threat of leaving wasn't layed on the table.

The problem is our AD Scott Woodward is never going to fight for us against Saban because they’re friends. When Mark Emmert was the NCAA Director, Saban couldn’t be touched. He hired Saban at LSU. Until our AD, Coach, LSU Rep in Birmingham fights for us, we’re screwed. I think we should fight & take legal, but as long as Saban is at Bama nothing will happen. He brings the conference too much money so he has all the power. When he retires, I say kick Bama when they’re at their lowest, and demand investigations etc.
