I used compound construction out of Baton Rouge. The owner is Jeigh hymel. Good guy and all he does is custom. We self contracted most of the work but when it came to labor we used his crews for the foundation and blacking in.
We’d then supply his crews with materials so I could control costs. We did everything for about $190 SQFT and that includes our lot that we bought.
