I know he’s a polarizing figure too, but Layne Norton blasted Gary for most of the claims he made on JRE.

Layne has a phd in nutrition and he is right. It’s very easy to disprove this guys claims.
Now does he make his clients healthier? Sure he does. But he does it with the basics, diet, exercise, hormone optimization. He doesn’t have a secret that no one else knows like he claims to publicize himself and make a ton of money.
