I've never heard of Alzheimers being linked to cast iron. Please cite study

I probably should have worded my post differently. I'm not implying that cast iron is related to causing Alzheimers.
I am going to continue to cook with my cast iron.
Just looking to see if cooking with carbon steel or ceramic is a better option over aluminum.
More less just came here for a discussion. I figured I would get some down votes.

Some suspect that aluminum cookware has a link to Alzheimers, but nothing has been proven conclusively.
