I have never heard of referral codes for Beeper, everything I've ever seen is you just sign up and you are on a waiting list until they can get to you. I was brought into Beeper Mini by being a "long time" (for a little over 6 months) Beeper costumer so I'm not sure how they are doing mini, but I would assume it's similar.

Just go on and sign up and get on the waiting list, from what I've read the waiting list has gotten quicker and quicker with moving through the people waiting.
