Getting older and keep straining and pulling things at the gym. Thinking about getting some kettle bells and trying a more calisthenics and range of motion workouts for the new year to see how it goes.

Orange sherbet as a whole is underrated. Braums has very good sherbet.

I agree. Same goes for pull ups.

You can get a lot done with a pull up bar, dip bars, and push-ups.

He also claims that he was 10 years old before he realized his name was not “get wood.”

This is what I do plus I have a portable pull up bar and there’s always furniture to do dips off of. It’s simple to get some decent strength training in when I’m not being lazy

Missionary position is like doing pushups, unfortunately three a week hasn’t helped much in building muscle.

Yep. Hershel Walker did 1000 pushups and 1000 situps every night. Entered Georgia U all jacked, not having done any formal free weight workouts in high school.

Only 100? If you're putting a plate on your back I guess that might be enough

100? This might be the worst fitness post ever.

"I walked a mile! I really notice the definition in my legs now."

Thinking 100 pushups is a workout is hilarious.

If he's overweight or elderly or just in general put of shape it could be a helluva workout. 100 push-ups is 100x more than most of society is doing each day. Maybe he can work himself up to 2 or 3 hundred in a few months. Don't be an a-hole.
