Exactly. It is well documented MANY Michigan players came back this season to try to win a 'chip'. Having those developed, experienced veterans cannot be overstated. Also having elite coaching for development, scheming/game prep, and in-game adjustments is critical to competing at the highest level. IMO we lack those coaches on DEF and w/o addressing it will yield similar results in 24.
