re: Sauna suggestions. Infrared vs traditional vs wood burning

I haven't used an outdoor but I own an infrared sauna nd.use the traditional sauna at the wellness center. IR is very convenient but only gets to 145f or so. Takes longer to get my heart rate up in it. The traditional does that quicker but not as convenient for me. Thinking of building a wood burning oitdoor sauna so I can add steam to my routine.
